Mint and Medicines

Is it true that mint prevents homeopathic medicines from acting?

Small blood vessels under the tongue can most quickly absorb homeopathic medicines.  Mint is a vasoconstrictor, meaning it narrows the blood vessels and therefore slows the passage of the drug, though it doesn’t stop the action.  It is best to avoid mint for a half hour before taking.
