Taking Medicines

How do you take homeopathic medicines?

Most homeopathic remedies come in the form of granules or globules. Without swallowing or chewing, let them melt in your mouth, preferably under the tongue.  Drops should be placed under the tongue also.  It is advisable to take homeopathic medicines not less than fifteen minutes before or half an hour after meals, when there is no particular taste in the mouth (mint, coffee, tobacco, alcohol, etc.)  Instructions for using forms such as gels, ointments, suppositories and syrups should be included on the label or in the package.  Always ask your homeopathic practitioner if you have any questions
